We collect information to power the 6-Anchor Ecosystem and manage our 1,200+ merchant waitlist: Identity Data: Name, business name, and job title. Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and Abuja-specific trade location. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies used for Google Ads tracking. Financial Data: Necessary for WỌLÉ PAY™ integration and energy credit assessments.
How We Use Your Data
Waitlist Management: To verify your spot in the Abuja Pilot. Communication: To send updates on the Powering Productivity campaign. Service Delivery: To provide 60% cheaper energy finance and payment tools. Legal Compliance: To meet AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on: Consent: When you voluntarily "Sign Up" via our website or Google Ads. Contractual Necessity: To fulfil our service agreement with you. Legitimate Interest: To improve our clean energy infrastructure and secure our platform.
Data Sharing
